By accessing or using Lemonade, you agree to comply and accept our Terms of Service. If you do not agree to our terms, please do not use our service.

User Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

• Not engage in any harmful or malicious activities
• Respect other users and their content

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes when possible.

Limitation of Liability

Lemonade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscription Plans: Lemonade offers a paid subscription tier, which provides increased prompt limits and other premium features.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.

Payment Processing: Payments are handled by Polar Software Inc. We do not store payment details on our servers.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that time.

No Refunds Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, unused prompts, or any other reason after payment has been processed.

Free Trial Period: If we offer a free trial, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once the trial period expires and payment is processed, our no-refund policy applies.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We want to resolve billing issues directly. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us through Discord and we will investigate.

• We may temporarily restrict access while a chargeback or dispute is active so we can investigate.
• Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Unresolved or repeated chargebacks may result in account termination, and you remain responsible for any chargeback fees or outstanding amounts.

Any attempt to obtain an unauthorized refund or chargeback will result in immediate and permanent termination of your Lemonade account, forfeiture of all access to our services, and potential legal action to recover costs and damages.

Once a dispute is resolved, we can restore access if the account is in good standing.

Account Termination and Project Files

If your account is terminated, you do not lose your project files. All project files live on Roblox itself.

Lemonade acts as a middle-layer agent between Roblox Studio and our implementations. We do not host or store your codebase or project assets, and termination only affects access to Lemonade's services.
